Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of the TripNotePlan travel planning and itinerary management software provided by OPULENT. TripNotePlan does not sell or broker flights, accommodation, or tours.

Scope of the service
TripNotePlan provides planning tools such as itinerary creation, saved places, map route review, expense tracking, and AI-assisted suggestions.
Travel information and AI results are for reference and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current. Users must check official information and make their own booking and travel decisions.
Accounts and data
Users must provide accurate account information and keep their login method secure. Misusing another person’s information, disrupting the service, unauthorized copying or distribution, and reverse engineering are prohibited.
When an account is deleted, account and trip data may be permanently deleted except for information we are legally required to retain.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions may renew monthly. Android payments are processed through Google Play and web payments through Polar. We do not store card information on our servers.
Paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation. Subscriptions purchased through an external platform must be canceled on that platform; deleting an account does not cancel them automatically.
Restrictions and changes
Access may be restricted for violations of these terms, nonpayment, misuse, or disruption of the service. Maintenance, outages, or changes to external services may temporarily suspend or change some features.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to these terms, including through notices within the service.
Limitation of liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for losses caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, communication failures, or external platform issues.
